What We Do
Quest for Education Foundation is a UK-registered charity dedicated to supporting schools and colleges in underprivileged communities. Our goal is to improve the quality of education for children who might otherwise be denied the opportunity to learn.
We believe education should be accessible and affordable for all children, regardless of where they live or the circumstances they were born into. Unfortunately, poverty and gender inequality prevent many children from accessing education, with girls often facing the greatest barriers.
Our work focuses on strengthening existing schools and colleges in disadvantaged communities, ensuring they provide high-quality education and uplift the communities they serve. We have built a strong partnership with Kashmir Education Foundation (KEF) in Pakistan, where we have supported schools and a Teacher Training Institute to improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
As we move forward, we are expanding our efforts globally and looking for partners who share our commitment to transforming education for underserved children.
Our Mission
We believe that education is the foundation for a brighter future. It not only provides children with the skills to build successful careers but also contributes to the social and economic development of their communities. By supporting schools and teachers, we help create sustainable change that extends far beyond the classroom.
We focus on three key areas:
Access
Providing quality education to children in underserved communities, ensuring that those most in need have the opportunity to learn.
Equality
Promoting gender equality in education by working with partner organisations that prioritise opportunities for girls.
Teacher Training
Supporting professional development for teachers to ensure that students receive a high standard of education.
To date, we have helped KEF in supporting four schools and one Teacher Training Institute in Pakistan. These schools provide free education to 350 children, and we are currently supporting 30 teachers in training to deliver high-quality education.
As we grow, we are committed to forming new partnerships that will expand our impact and bring quality education to even more children around the world.
