At Quest for Education Foundation, we believe that access to quality education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and creating long-term change. Our mission is to support schools and colleges in underprivileged and underserved communities around the world. We want to ensure that these institutions provide opportunities for students, teachers, and support staff while also uplifting the communities they serve.

We work in partnership with organisations that share our vision, particularly those that focus on improving access to education for girls, who are often the most disadvantaged. By strengthening educational institutions, improving teaching quality, and fostering positive learning environments, we aim to create schools and colleges that set an example for others and encourage educational progress in their regions.

We believe that investing in quality education is the most effective way to tackle poverty, inequality, and lack of opportunity. Education gives children the tools they need to build better futures, which in turn helps their families and communities grow stronger.

Our Mission

Quest for Education was established to raise awareness of the challenges faced by underprivileged children worldwide and to provide financial and strategic support to schools and colleges in disadvantaged areas.

We are committed to:

Strengthening educational institutions by providing financial assistance, training, and resources that help them improve the quality of education they offer.
Empowering teachers by supporting professional development opportunities that enhance teaching quality and student learning.
Creating model institutions that inspire other schools and colleges to raise their standards and improve education across communities.
Expanding access to education for girls, ensuring they have the same opportunities to learn and succeed as their peers.
Encouraging long-term impact, so that schools and colleges not only benefit their students but also contribute to the social and economic development of the communities around them.

I have had the good fortune to be able to visit all of KEF’s centres in the past couple of years and, most recently, in November 2018. Basili Public School, Pearl Valley Public School and Banjosa Public School are all model schools and have set a high bar. Having seen the work on the ground I feel proud to be associated with KEF.
